Golden Palms Luxury Motorcoach Resort is an RV ownership resort. All sites are individually owned. Lot owners are members of Golden Palms Motorcoach Estates Property Owners Association Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation.

Owners must own a Motorhome 12 years old or newer, a minimum of 32 feet long and must be a Class A or Super C.


Ownership Information

  • Dues are billed quarterly for $975
  • Real Estate Property taxes average $2000 to $4000 per year
  • Owners are responsible for water service, electrical, Wi-Fi and cable
  • Sites are metered for water and electric
  • The Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants, By-Laws, and Articles of Incorporation can be emailed to you by request. Send your request to
  • All members of the Association who rent their lot(s) pay a nightly fee to the Association for every night the lot(s) is rented. The current fee is 20% of the pre-tax rental charge. 
  • Owners pay a credit card fee on the total amount each guest charges on their credit card against the lot rented. Currently this fee is approx 3.25%
  • Owners must carry a liability insurance policy for every lot they have in the rental program equal to $2,000,000 in the aggregate and $1,000,000 per occurrence naming the Golden Palms HOA as an additional insured
  • Electric, water, and sewer are all included in the daily rental rate on rental sites
